We do all the hard work for you - from cleaning your item and styling for sale to shipping to the buyer
RE.LUXE AU deducts a small commission only when an item sells.

3. Send your item to us with tracking.
4. Sit back and relax - we clean, authenticate, photograph and list your item on our site for sale.
5. You get paid

CONSIGNMENT APPRAISAL EMAIL
Once your quote form has been received and all information and photos have been reviewed, you will be sent an email with an approval for consignment and proposed listing price of your item(s).
Various factors are considered when pricing your items for sale, including the current market, the age, condition and inclusions with your items.
SEND YOUR ITEM
If you would like to proceed with consignment send your item(s) to RE.LUXE HQ. The address details will be supplied in the email.
Use a tracked shipping method and email RE.LUXE AU with the tracking details for your item(s).
Unfortunately there are cases where packages get lost or delayed in transit, and RE.LUXE AU holds no responsibility for items lost in the post.
AUTHENTICITY CHECKED
Once your items arrive at RE.LUXE HQ they are then thoroughly checked and assessed for authenticity prior to listing.
if an item is deemed inauthentic, a $50 fee will be charged to cover return shipping and authentication costs.
Once authenticated, your items are then cleaned, styled and photographed ready for listing. You will be informed when your items are live on the website.
CONSIGNMENT PERIOD
Items are listed on the website for 8 weeks.
If an item remains unsold during this period it is returned to you at your cost.
Alternatively, a price drop can occur to assist in the sale of your item. This can be discussed at any time during the 8 week period.
PAYMENT
As soon as your item is received by the buyer and they are satisfied, you get paid. See payment structure below.
